Our work ranges from single to four storey residences as well as unit developments.

Lomma Homes offer a no-obligation, complimentary Concept Design Proposal.
This is an opportunity for you to discuss your vision for your new home with Paul Lomma, and gain an insight into the various services that Lomma Homes has to offer.
Paul will make a thorough assesment of your site, including solar orientation, access to views and any planning and local government constrainst.
All this information will then be processed and encapsulated in a Design Proposal for you, which will outline the style, room relationships, estimated size, likely inclusions and indicative budget.
Paul will then meet with you to present the Proposal, explaining and discussing anything that has been discovered during the process.
Moving forward...
Once everything is to your satisfaction, a Concept Design Agreement is prepared based upon the Proposal.
After the Agreement is signed and the applicable fee is paid, your new home will be custom designed and priced.
